Nady Tyan
Nady is a founding partner of the firm. He is the legal counsel for the Electricity Power Authority in Lebanon since thirty years. He practiced in Paris for more than twenty years. He is a Legal Advisor to the World Bank on issues related to investments in Lebanon, as well as to major foreign companies in Investment matters.

Joseph Zgheib
Joe is a founding partner of the firm. He has always been involved in leading, throughout the globe, corporate structuring and restructuring, complex mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border transactions. His practice focuses on counseling as well as handling complex litigations and arbitrations, in various industries such as, Banking, Insurance, Finance, Technology and Transportation.
